Today’s blog post is a quick catch up of what we have been up to here at Blanket Stitch, and our most recent event was our monthly craft fair at Hertford Museum.
If you’ve not seen our previous blog posts about the craft fair, the fair is held in Hertford Museum (In Hertfordshire) and takes place every second Saturday of the month (usually – do check before coming) and is usually the same time as the farmers market.
The fairs itself is open between 11-2pm and stall holders sell a wide range of handmade and homemade things. So if you are in the area make sure you pop down and visit us!
Last Saturday’s craft fair was a good one for us, with Carol even selling her very first homemade piece for Blanket Stitch, the Vintage Cupcake Apron, and while we were sorry to see it go it is always great to make a sale.
As usual we had a great time, meeting customers, chatting with fellow stallholders and of course selling our handmade items.
We won’t be at the Hertford Museum Craft Fair next month (September) as we are taking a well deserved holiday, but we will be back in October, with our usual range plus a few Christmas extras, so pop down and pick up one of our handmade gifts.
